  Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for our order to arrive! Ordered via menu log and received an SMS from the company a little while later to confirm the proposed delivery time which was to be an hour. I thought this was a bit lengthy but was happy to wait. An hour and a half later i phoned the restaurant and they informed me the delay was menu log's problem as they didnt get my order through properly and had to call them to get it sent through. Even if this was the case why wouldnt you contact the customer, knowing full well they'd be waiting to advise them of the delay? People are usually quite understanding if you communicate and are upfront with them. She advised the driver had left five minutes prior so wouldnt be far away. The store is a 15 minute max drive from our house so another 40 minutes later i was quite concerned and annoyed that our meal still hadnt arrived. Again with no call from the store. I contacted the store again, now being well over 2 hours since our order was placed and well over an hour since the original arrival time they gave us. On this phone call we were told we are actually further away than they usually deliver to even though our suburb and postcode are on their own list of delivery suburbs AND our order was accepted by them. I would have much preferred not to have wasted my money or time if they would have simply contacted me to advise this upfront and i would have happily cancelled my order and gone elsewhere. 10 minutes later our order arrived cold and had leaked in the plastic bag absolutely everywhere. The naan bread had sweated and was all stuck together like a big ball of dough and there was another dish that im not even quite sure what it was, it was a mess and had gone everywhere. I took some photos which i would post if there was the ability to do so. By this time our two children had long since gone to bed. What a waste of money. Terrible service, didnt offer any consolation for our wait time not that it would have made up for everything but would have been a nice gesture. Cold food which had gone everywhere, poor communication. Would never order again.

  By Far, the worst Indian food i have ever tasted. The most in experienced amatuer would have made better curries than these guys. The Chicken was probably leftover BBQ chicken purchased cheap from woolies or coles at the end of the day and then cooked with off the shelf sauces
